Returns Policy

We hope that you’re satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your item(s) for store credit within 5 days of the delivery date.

 Please follow the return instructions below:

  • Customers will only receive store credit for returned items.
  • You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full store credit. The item(s) MUST BE in original conditions and packaging, all tags still attached.
  • You are responsible to pay for the return shipping costs. In addition, if you received free shipping, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit amount upon return.
  •  The 5 days begin upon delivery of your package to the shipping address you submitted, as per your tracking number.
  • We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
  • Boys and Men’s White Shirts, Hosiery, and Undergarments MAY NOT be returned if they were taken out of the package.
  • Custom order(s), Headwear, Underwear and Sale Items are NOT returnable.
  • Gift cards and some jewelry are not returnable.
  • Items with special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation are not returnable.
  • Items that are returned and violate the above conditions will be donated to charity at our discretion and no store credit will be processed toward the buyer.
  • You should expect to receive your store credit within 5 days of us receiving your returned package. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
  • If you paid for shipping, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If you request a prepaid return label, the return label costs will be deducted from your store credit. Cost will be based upon USPS or UPS shipping rates when the package arrives at our facility. 
  1. Place all items you are returning in a box or shipping bag.
  2. Attach the return label.
  3. Please fill out your return address, and write your order number below the tracking number.

Shipping

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Toronto, Montreal, Mexico, Brazil, England, Belgium, and Israel. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The customer is responsible for duties, fees and taxes.
  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
