We provide free shipping within the United States for orders above $120.
Your orders should arrive within 3-5 business days, after receiving your confirmation email from us.
One of the following partners will deliver your order, depending on your location and available delivery method: USPS, DHL, GLS, or UPS.
You may still make some changes to your order during the short grace period. However, once your order has been confirmed for delivery, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address and the delivery option.
- We are able to return/exchange your items within 15 days of purchase. Once your order has gone past 15 days, we cannot accept the item for a return/exchange.We will also no longer cover the shipping costs for any returns or exchange of an item.
- If you need to return/exchange an item, send us an email to Info@OutOfTheBoxUSA.com with your receipt or proof of purchase and we will send you a return shipping label.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange.
- Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your return/exchange request.
- If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- An item purchased on Sale/Discount will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
